EASY RETURNS: At Knilot, we want you to love your purchases! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, please email us { support@knilot.com } within 7 business days of receiving of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Rules & procedures for returns:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital code that will be sent via email. We CANNOT issue dollar refunds.
All returns must started within 7 days of the date that the order is delivered.
Any products purchased on our SALE page or SALE rack in-store are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return/exchange. These items will say "Not available for return", if you attempt to return through our online return system.
Returned items must remain un-damaged, un-washed, un-scented, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. If we receive a return through the mail and we feel that it does not meet our return requirements, a store credit will not be issued. Be sure to email us with questions or if your item was delivered damaged.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use and refund the specified form of payment. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition, we will reach out to you with your options.

Exchanges: We have a limited number of each featured item on the site and because of this we can’t guarantee an exchange. We ONLY can offer a refund as an online store credit in the form of a store credit code sent via email as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your new store credit code to snatch it right up! You can also always email us for any questions or concerns: support@knilot.com
